The word "holistic" comes from the Greek holos, meaning "whole."
A holistic approach involves seeing each element as part of a larger whole.

The fundamental principle of this approach is to consider a person's health or imbalances by taking into account several factors: physical, psychological, social, ecological and spiritual.

She perceives the human being as a global whole, composed of different dimensions:

the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body.

This integrative vision invites everyone to consider the balance between all these dimensions

to achieve true well-being.
